Joining circles is voluntary. You can pause, opt out of future rotations, or leave a current circle at any time. Group placement depends on who is available and compatible, so a new group isn't guaranteed every rotation.
Respectful use
Be kind. Keep client names, documents, and confidential transaction details out of circles. Don't use Common Culture for solicitation or recruiting.

Brokerage responsibilities
Brokerages invite only people who have agreed to participate and are responsible for reviewing reports submitted by their members.
