01 / THE SPACE BETWEEN
Real estate can be isolating. Agents want familiar colleagues and a genuine office culture, but most brokerages struggle to create it across busy schedules and independent work. Common Culture makes connection easier: four colleagues, ten days, and a simple reason to talk or meet.
A few familiar faces.
Not another crowded channel.
Groups of three, with an occasional group of four.

No rankings or activity scores. Join in at your own pace, with chances to meet different colleagues in future rotations. Keep the connections you both want to carry forward.
Administrators can see participation and group membership, not browse chats—unless they are visible members. A reviewer may see content you explicitly report. Individual feedback stays private.
The optional AI host is off unless everyone agrees, and only responds when asked. Chat is access-restricted, not end-to-end encrypted.
The privacy detailsA FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
As much or as little as fits your week. Chats and meetups are voluntary—there are no activity quotas or required time commitment.
Your circle stays within your brokerage, but can include colleagues from other offices. A shared office helps matching; it isn’t an office-only boundary. Circle members share the same timezone setting.
Yes. Pause or opt out in Settings to stop future matching while keeping your current circle. A rematch request also keeps current access and asks for a different future group; a match isn’t guaranteed. Leaving now removes current access and pauses participation until you resume.
The circle becomes read-only, with history accessible for 12 months to members who haven’t left. If you’re opted in, you can be considered for the next published rotation; a new group isn’t guaranteed. Choose “Stay connected” with a colleague—if they accept, that connection carries forward.
